  • Team Leader

    Role

    Team Leaders are prove team members whose main function is to be ambassadors for the brand, champion our quality standards, and train new team members.

    Pay Rate:

    $14-$16 hourly commiserate with experience, ability, and availability

  • Shift Leaders

    Role:

    Shift leaders make the daily guest and team experience remarkable. Their primary role is to be ambassadors for our culture, lead daily shift operations, and to help develop leaders.

    Pay Rate:

    $18-$21 commiserate with experience, ability, and availability

  • Team Directors

    Role:

    Team Directors grow and develop operational leaders in the restaurant and lead restaurant operations systems daily. They build culture and develop our people.

    Pay Range:

    $21-$25 Hourly commiserate with experience, ability, and availability

  • Executive Director

    Role:

    Executive Director roles champion the culture, own business results in their business area, develop leaders, and forward the organizational vision.

    Pay Rate:

    $25 + hourly commiserate with experience, ability, and availability
