  • What You Do

    Develop Leaders:

    Executive leaders are responsible for administering ongoing development and growth of any team directors or other employees in their business area.

    Build Culture:

    Executive leaders collaborate with the Owner/Operator to align our team behavior and values to our vision for the business.

    Manage Systems:

    These roles are the primary administrative roles in the business. They build and administer support systems to support operations. Such systems include facilities and grounds maintenance, HR systems, marketing and branding, and others.

    Own Business Results:

    Executive leaders hold the highest level of responsibility for business outcomes such as sales, profit, guest and team experience, and other core metrics.

  • What's Required

    Availability - This is a full-time commitment 40+ hours weekly will be typical. Candidates will need to be flexible and adapt to what the business requires. Candidates should expect to work alongside team members in the restaurant on a regular basis. We are a retail business and candidates should expect to work weekends regularly and will be expected to be present for holiday season.

    Experience - 2 years minimum of leadership experience with leading and developing people

    Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, critical thinking, coaching others to growth and performance standards, problem solving

    Growth Mindset - You will need to leave ego at the door and be willing to fail, receive feedback, learn, and improve repeatedly.

    Will - You will need the self-motivation to try your best and desire to help us to be our best as well.
