    Lead Team Members:

This includes planning shifts, running positions, problem solving, managing guests, performing administrative shift duties. Generally you are responsible to ensure our standards for guest and team experience are honored each day on your shift. Leadership here also entails motivating, encouraging, directing, training, correcting, and developing team members to perform effectively in their role. These are operational roles and we “lead from the front”, that is, from a position.

    Champion Culture:

You will live our values of Happiness, Hustle, Hospitality, and Humility daily and encourage newer team members as you work and by coordinating community building activities. Additionally you will coach/train team members and enforce conduct and performance standards.

    Execute Systems:

Shift leaders are the primary administrator of operational systems including but not limited to: cash management, quality control, food safety, cleaning and maintenance, performance and conduct conversations and documentation, and cost control/tracking systems.
