  • What you Earn

    Pay Rate: $14 - $16 - Based on availability, ability, and experience. Full-time is higher than part-time availability.

  • What You Do

    Pursue Mastery:

    We are a restaurant. We cook, clean, and serve guests and each other. You will need to apply yourself to become proficient in executing our standards in a specific area of the restaurant.

    Champion Culture:

    You will live our values of Happiness, Hustle, Hospitality, and Humility daily and encourage newer team members as you work and by coordinating community building activities.

    Uphold Standards:

    Team leaders are the primary trainers and teach our standards to new team members. Additionally they assess our performance and coach the team to our standards.

  • What's Required

    Availability - An availability that meets a current business need. Typically required shifts are between 5am and 11am, 11am and 4pm or between 4pm and 11pm.

    Growth Mindset - You will need to leave ego at the door and be willing to fail, receive feedback, learn, and improve repeatedly.

    Will - You will need the self-motivation to try your best and desire to help us to be our best as well.
