  • What you Earn

    Pay Rate: $21 - $25 - Based on availability, ability, and experience. Full-time is required.

  • What You Do

    Lead/Develop Leaders:

    Team Directors primary role is to lead shift leaders in their business area and ensure their leadership team is equipped with the direction, knowledge, skill, and resources to execute effective shift operations while growing as leaders individually. You will lead shifts, plan, schedule and administrate shift operations. They are responsible for business results in their business area.

    Build and Protect Culture:

    You will model our values of Happiness, Hustle, Hospitality, and Humility daily. Additionally Team Directors add to our culture by ensuring their leaders are behaviorally aligned with our values, performing effective cultural onboarding of team members, and coordinating community building events with their teams.

    Build Teams:

    Team Directors are responsible for the recruiting, selection, onboarding, training, engagement, and ongoing development of their team members and leaders. They administer HR systems, interview candidates, coordinate training and orientations, perform performance reviews, and drive business results in their area.

  • What's Required

    Availability - An availability that meets a current business need. Typically required shifts are between 8am and 5pm or between 4pm and 11pm. Team Directors can have set schedules, but must be flexible to ensure adequate leadership presence in the restaurant.

    18 years old minimum
